What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24 Hour Notice to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment. We charge 50% of the booked service if this is not fulfilled (NO Call/No Show)

Can my child come with me to my appointment?

While we absolutely love your children and babies, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children to your appointment as no one, including your lash artist, will be able to supervise them while you are getting your lashes done. We will need to reschedule if you bring a child to your appointment.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

While we understand that life happens and we do our best to accommodate you if running behind, we will need to forfeit your appointment and reschedule for a later date if you are 20 minutes or more late.

Do we fill over other artist’s work? (foreign fill)

Yes, as long as they are applied correctly. It is up to the discretion of our Lash Artist if they can/cannot fill them.
